Incident Management

TIG's incident management process provides problem identification, validation, and efficiency. Incident remediation helps ensure rapid isolation and resolution of issues through sophisticated monitoring toolsets that are integrated with inventory, knowledge repository, and management tools.

Change Management

Built on ITIL best practices, TIG’s change management process helps assure planned and controlled changes to the customer’s infrastructure to maximize the performance of systems. The customer can create change requests at any time via the portal. Prior to implementing changes, TIG reviews and documents the change.

Inventory Management

TIG's repository of asset information provides customers with a current, comprehensive inventory of their systems covered by TIG’s 7/24CENTRAL services via the portal. The inventory management system tracks system information (such as serial number, CPU, and memory), software installed (including version), and configuration changes of their infrastructure.

Performance Reporting, Analysis and Recommendations

TIG provides detailed reports and analysis of your system performance and makes recommendations for those systems managed by TIG on how to increase system performance.

System Administration
