Contract Number	263-03-D-0521
Scope	Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) desktop, laptop, handheld computing devices (including peripherals), workstations, software, networking equipment, commercial telecommunications equipment items related to telephony (including but not limited to network routers, switches, repeaters, and cabling), scientific research workstations, and other electronic devices and systems, software (including operating systems), related warranty and maintenance services and support services ancillary to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other Federal Government agencies in accomplishing their mission.
Who Can Order	All Federal Government Agencies and Government Prime Contractors
Product Types	Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) desktops, laptops, workstations, software, networking equipment, peripherals, commercial telecommunications equipment, warranty and services.
Term	Effective through December 3, 2012
Fees	1% Contract Usage Fee for agencies other than NIH.  Minimum $100 fee per order.  The processing fee must be separately priced on the funding document/order.
Shipping	FOB Destination CONUS
Delivery	As specified with each quote. Normal delivery 30 days ARO

Open Market Items	$2500 per line item not to exceed 50% of the entire delivery order.  Open market items on a delivery order must be clearly identified as such and open market items ordered on a contract delivery order will not be governed by the terms and conditions of the contract or be subject to the contract surcharge.
