RMA APPROVALS ARE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING RETURN
POLICY AND GENERAL CRITERIA
General Criteria
- Once your RMA has been
approved you will have 7 days to return the product(s) back to us for credit.
The 7 days starts when TIG issues the RMA number and sends the JIT Return
Authorization paperwork via email. If not returned in that time frame, no
credit will be issued.
- Customers will need to
print out a copy of the JIT RETURN FORM and TIG LABEL and attach both forms
to the outside of box with clear tape. Someone from your shipping & receiving
(957) dept. will come by and pick the item up for delivery back to TIG.
- If your shipping and
receiving dept. has not picked the product(s) up within the next 3-4 business
days, please contact Karen Liebert @ (505) 830-8284
- Once product has been
returned to TIG it will be inspected for final approval.
- If the product does not
meet the above criteria it will be sent back to the customer and the RMA will
be denied.
