Bandwidth
Your server has an allowance of 25GB of data transfer per month. Higher levels of data transfer limits are available in 25GB increments for $69.99 per month. Bandwidth is not prorated in any manner.

DNS Services
DNS is provided at no additional charge for dedicated server clients. This does not include any interaction with the NIC or any work involved with domain transfer or modification. It includes only configuration changes made to our name server. This service is not provided for virtual hosting. Only one website per IP address is permitted.

Backup Service
Backup service is provided with all dedicated servers.  Backup times and schedules can be arranged to facilitate your needs.

Help Desk Support
Help desk support is provided with all dedicated servers between 6:00 AM PST and 6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday.  Additional Help Desk Support is available to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year.  Please contact your account manager for details.  

Server Monitoring
We also offer monitoring services to quickly detect any downtime your server may experience.  We can notify any number of e-mail or pager recipients as you direct to include our engineering staff to take action as necessary.  Please contact your account manager for details.

Managed Services
Managed Services are server support services beyond the standard technical support, which every client receives. These services are divided into four categories: system administration, backup services, and server monitoring services. These packages may be purchased individually or you may contact your account representative about a more comprehensive plan.

All dedicated server packages include:

• A high-speed dedicated Internet server
• All server hardware and maintenance; any hardware failures are our responsibility
• Monitoring of your server
• Control of your server through Root or Administrator access
• Rack space in our data center
• Uninterruptible Power Supply

Windows 2000 Servers

ENABLEASP's Windows 2000 servers platform, the modern operating release built on Microsoft's NT Technology, delivers the business operating system for the next generation of PC servers. EnableASP is pleased to offer Windows 2000 servers providing you with improved performance, the highest levels of reliability, greater support for new hardware devices and a comprehensive set of features to Internet-enable your business.

System Administration (Professional on site Hardware/OS Support)
ENABLEASP is very knowledgeable and our experienced staff is available to assist clients in the administration and maintenance of their dedicated servers. We support the following platforms:

• Solaris 2.5 and above
• Windows NT 4.0 / 2000
• Redhat Linux 6.2 and above

Unless otherwise specified, system administration includes:

System configuration.  Operating System upgrades: Supported software upgrades or service patch updates, Mail Server (adding/deleting users, mail forwards, autoresponders), Web Server (adding domains, password protection, server module support), FTP Server (restricting access, setting up new users), *We do not support Front Page Extensions on Unix systems.

Software installation and Configuration.  Configuration instructions must be provided by client, Supported software by OS: Unix or Windows2000/NT, *We do not support any software that we do not install.

Operating system troubleshooting

Log file rotation and analysis (Unix systems only)

This does not include troubleshooting of problems with CGI scripts including but not limited to:
Perl scripts, custom CGI, Active Server Pages, and web/database integration.

Note: This does not include the cost of tech support from a third party (such as a software vendor).

System Administration Support Plans

2 hrs. per month          $250.00 per month
4 hrs. per month          $450.00 per month
8 hrs. per month          $800.00 per month

Monthly Support Plan customers will receive a discount ($135 per hour) for anytime over normal
system administration support time. Our normal per incident rate is $150 per hour without a prepaid plan.

System Administration services are performed between 7:00 AM PST and 7:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. Any system administration performed outside of these times will be billed at $210/hour, including Saturday and Sunday.

Contract & Terms
EnableASP offers 1, 2, and 3 year renewable contracts on all dedicated servers.  Please see EnableASP’s Dedicated Server Contract or your account representative for more information.

Web Design/Programming
The ENABLEASP team of Web developers and graphic artists use the latest technologies to make your site professional and attractive.  We conceptualize, create and produce sites from the ground up.

ENABLEASP has a robust programming staff that is available to assist you.  We are proficient in the following: web Design, e-commerce web design and programming, C, C++, Cold Fusion, ASP, Visual Basic, Pascal, PHP, Java, HTML, DHTML, Java Script, Perl, MS SQL, mySQL, FoxPro, and Access. Options

Additional options are available for our server packages. This includes hard drives upgrades, RAM upgrades, additional IP addresses, and etc.
