A critical component of TIG's diversity strategy is to identify, mentor, and utilize diverse businesses with complementary core capabilities and geographical presence to TIG. The TIG Alliance Program (TAP) program is designed to onboard and nurture a quality pool of certified diverse businesses with the intent to partner with them on future opportunities. Diverse businesses include small business (SB), minority business enterprises (MBE), women business enterprises (WBE), veteran business enterprise (VBE), disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE), and historically underutilized businesses (HUB).
Through TAP, TIG has been able to develop a quality group of 52 diverse businesses to mentor and partner.
